Processing Orders
If you place your order before 3:00 pm (Thailand Time =
UTC/GMT + 7 Hours) on a regular business day (Monday through Friday),
your order will begin processing on the same day. If you place an order
on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after 3:00 pm on a regular business
day, your order will begin processing on the following business day.
Generally, all in stock items will be shipped in 3 business days after
your payment is clear. For items required a new production, they will be
shipped in 1 - 2 business days after the production is completed. You
can order multiple items and have them shipped altogether in one
shipment. Each piece of your jewelry always comes in a red leather
jewelry box.
Shipping Insurance
To
protect your order from the time it leaves Ethaigold to the time it
arrives at your door, please purchase a shipping insurance (22.00 USD)
for your shipment. In cases of lost or damaged items during delivery, only insured items will be reimbursed.
Shipping to Alternate Addresses
As a security precaution to protect our customers against
fraud, when you want your order to be delivered to a destination other
than your billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or
financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. To help
expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with
your alternate shipping address.
Signature Requirements for Delivery
All shipments are required a signature upon delivery, so
please make sure that there is someone available at your shipping
address to sign for your shipping package at the time of delivery.
Shipping to Street Addresses, P.O. Box addresses, and APO & FPO Addresses
We normally ship to street addresses. However, should you
want us to ship your order to P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses, you need
to select only RMS (Registered Mail Service) as your shipping method.
Importer of Jewelry
When you order items from Ethaigold, a recipient is the
importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the
destination country. Title and risk of loss for items ordered will
transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in the
Thailand. Prior to delivery to the recipient, a shipment of the
recipient may be subject to the customs fees, import duties, taxes, and
other charges of the destination country. These charges are always the
recipient’s responsibility.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The customs office of the destination country may impose
customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges to your
international shipment. These additional charges required for customs
clearance are the responsibility of a recipient. These charges and the
customs policies vary widely from country to country. Ethaigold has no
control over these charges and cannot provide any estimates for fees
expected. Please contact your local customs office for further details.

Limitations
Please note that products shipped internationally may not be
designed in accordance with destination country standards,
specifications, and labeling requirements. The customer is responsible
for determining that products can be lawfully and legally imported into
the destination country.
Privacy
Please note that international shipments are subject to
opening and inspection by customs authorities. Additionally, information
about your order, shipment and products contained therein may be
communicated to our shippers and the customs authorities as part of the
customs clearance process.
Returns
We offer a flexible return policy. If for any reason you are
not satisfied, you can return any item within 30 days from the shipping
